Qargo is a tech start-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a junior project manager.

In this role you’ll:

✅ Provide administrative support in project management for the onboarding team, ensuring all customer requirements are properly documented and timelines are established where necessary.

✅ Liaise with the integrations team, product manager, and head of engineering to ensure required integrations and product features are planned and aligned with the customer’s go-live date.

✅ Assist in managing the timelines and deliverables of multiple onboarding projects, allowing the onboarding team to focus more on customer-related activities.

✅ Support in streamlining and optimising the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

✅ Monitor and track project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.

✅ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

✅ A highly structured and organized individual capable of bringing order to complex processes.

✅ A first experience with project management. Affinity with the transport industry is a plus.

✅ Exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or similar technologies, with a good understanding of the underlying concepts.

✅ Strong communication skills (Dutch and English) with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

✅ A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.

✅ A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.
