As a Recruiter at Qargo

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple countries using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

✅ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs and role requirements.

✅ Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.

✅ Represent Qargo at job fairs and campus recruitment events.

✅ Nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the process.

✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to keep Qargo competitive in the talent market.

Your profile

✅ You have 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in tech is a strong plus.

✅ You have a talent for identifying candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

✅ You communicate effortlessly in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

✅ You are a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who loves taking ownership of your work.

✅ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social platforms is a plus.
