To achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join our London office.

In this role, you’ll be...

✅ Event Maestro!

You’ll be the go-to person for all our marketing events, — think trade shows, conferences and other industry gatherings. From managing all logistics to travel arrangements to booth design, setup, and event merchandise, you'll coordinate everything from A-Z to ensure each event runs seamlessly and goes off without a hitch.

✅ Liaison Lead!

As the events Marketing point of contact, you'll forge strong connections with Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure all event preparations are on point and the right tools and resources are at hand. Plus, you’ll gather valuable insights from your colleagues to help create compelling content and marketing materials.

✅ Social Media Sensation!

You can craft eye-catching social media posts and graphics and know how to leverage the algorithm for optimal scheduling, maximizing exposure and engagement. You also keep an eye on online conversations about Qargo, responding to comments and reviews to boost our online reputation.

✅ Creative Content Guru!

You’ll create engaging content that shapes and elevates our Qargo brand voice and identity across both online and offline channels. From designing flyers and brochures to helping write blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials, you’ll ensure our voice resonates and keeps us top of mind with our prospects and customers.

Essential skills for succes

✅ You have about 3 years (or more) of Event (& Marketing) experience under your belt.

✅ A solid background in planning and overseeing every event aspect, ideally including trade shows.

✅ You’re a true chaos coordinator with exceptional organisational skills that can juggle multiple projects and deadlines like a pro.

✅ You’re fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, and you’ve got the communication skills to match.

✅ You know your way around social media platforms and creative tools like Canva (bonus points for Adobe Suite).

✅ You are a go-getter who can anticipate needs and solve problems effectively — ready to take the initiative and ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
