Sales Enablement Manager

Qargo is a tech start-up with offices in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to achieve our mission and support our growth.
This role owns:
✅ Onboarding and Ramp-Up: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a world-class onboarding and ramp-up process for new sales representatives. The teams are based in UK, NL, FR, and BE. Regular travel to the Belgium office will be required for European onboarding.
✅ Sales and Marketing Alignment: You will act as a bridge between the sales and marketing departments, ensuring that both teams are aligned regarding messaging and strategies.
✅ Content Management: You will work with marketing to create and maintain sales collateral and materials that sales representatives can use during customer interactions.
✅ Tech Stack Optimisation: You will be responsible for the adoption of the sales tech stack. You will ensure that our tools and technologies are used optimally to enhance sales productivity and improve overall efficiency.
✅ Training and Development: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for the sales team.
✅ Best Practice Documentation: You will document and maintain clear and comprehensive best practice processes and workflows in our company Wiki, Notion.
✅ Performance Metrics: You will be responsible for tracking and analysing key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the sales enablement initiatives and their impact on revenue generation.
✅ Improving per rep Revenue: Ultimately, you will be responsible for improving rep productivity, ACV, deal cycles, conversion rates, the overall quality and size of the pipeline and the efficiency of the sales process.
You must have:
✅ 5+ years in Sales Enablement in the Tech/ SaaS industry.
✅ Experience designing and implementing onboarding and ramp-up processes for new sales reps
✅ Demonstrable successful track record of producing individual development plans for reps.
✅ Experience demonstrating improvement with full-cycle AE new business functions.
✅ Mid-Market and Enterprise training experience.
✅ Experience collaborating with marketing, sales and product departments to produce compelling sales content such as battle cards, case studies, product overviews and buyer guides.
✅ High proficiency in administrative and reporting CRM experience, preferably HubSpot. Experience producing regular reports on the progress and impact of SE initiatives.
✅ Must have extensive experience delivering formal/ informal sales training in person and remotely.
It would be great if you had:
✅ Advanced understanding and experience in training and embedding MEDDIC (Or similar forecasting/ qualification methodology)
✅ Experience in the transport industry, TMS systems, and rapid growth VC-backed startups
✅ Experience successfully leveraging high-end sales tech such as HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn SN, and LeadInfo to drive improvements in sales velocity.
✅ Understanding of complex sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger and Miller Heiman.
✅ Language skills in addition to English. Dutch and French are of particular interest.
