About Qargo
Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to help grow and strengthen Qargo’s ecosystem. With over 100 existing partnerships, you will not only be responsible for identifying and develop new partnerships, but also for managing and expanding the existing partnerships commercially to drive business growth and enhance our product offering. You will work closely with technology partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders to build strong relationships and create value-driven collaborations.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Qargo’s business goals, building a solid ecosystem.
✅ Identify and engage with potential partners, including software providers, logistics networks, and industry influencers.
✅ Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and further build our indirect sales channels.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to integrate partner solutions and enhance customer experience.
✅ Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing collaborations for maximum impact.
✅ Represent Qargo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: 3+ years in partnerships or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or tech.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the logistics/transport sector is a strong plus.
✅ Relationship Builder: Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Strategic Thinker: Ability to align partnerships with business objectives and drive long-term value.
✅ Self-Starter: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
✅ Fluency in English, Dutch is a strong plus.
