About Qargo
Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent. We are on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. Together we are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To help us achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a Customer Support Officer!
In this role you’ll:
✅ Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via chat - answering questions, solving problems, guiding them through our system, providing them top notch support!✅ Translate complex or technical issues into clear, customer friendly explanations.
✅ Investigate and understand technical issues customer encounter, collaborate with our engineering team to find out the root cause.
✅ Understand the needs and wants of our customers on the front-line and translate those internally to the development team.
✅ Continuously build your product knowledge to become a trusted expert in our TMS platform.
✅ Spot recurring questions, misunderstandings or issues and help us identify patterns to improve product experience.
✅ Provide administrative support to the Customer Onboarding Team by transferring and importing client data into our system, such as their customer base, rate cards, fleet information, … etc.
Your profile:
✅ You’re customer oriented and have previous experience in a customer service or related role.
✅ Your communication skills are on point, both in English and Dutch. French earns you bonus points.
✅ You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize and juggle different tasks without breaking a sweat.
✅ You like to continuously learn and develop your skills and pick things up quickly.
✅ You’re flexible and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
✅ Since we’re a software company, it’s a big plus if you’ re tech savvy.
