Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth, we’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Belgium.
In this role you’ll:
✅ Deliver engaging demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
✅ Tailor demo environments to match each customer’s needs and workflows
✅ Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to assess technical fit
✅ Translate sales conversations into valuable feedback for the Product team
✅ Stay up to date on new features and support the Sales team with insights
✅ Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
What we are looking for:
✅ Based in Belgium, fluent in English and Dutch or French (both is a big plus).
✅ 1–2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. support, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
✅ Experience in the transport or logistics sector is a must – you understand the day-to-day realities of the industry
✅ Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
✅ A quick learner with a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
✅ Familiar with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling
✅ Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, but not required
✅ Willing to travel occasionally for on-site demos and customer meetings
