Training & Enablement Specialist

Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning.
We’re looking for a Training & Enablement Specialist to lead internal product training for our Customer Success team.
You’ll work closely with CS leads, Sales Enablement, and Product to ensure everyone — from new joiners to seasoned team members — has the (product) knowledge and skills to succeed. You’ll own the onboarding experience, identify skill gaps, and create engaging, scalable training content to address them.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and wants to have a tangible impact on team performance and growth.
Your responsibilities
✅ Build onboarding journeys for new Customer Success hires – from day 1 to full autonomy, with a strong focus on deep product understanding
✅ Design and deliver training programs on tools, product features, internal processes, and best practices
✅ Work with CS leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into structured content
✅ Create and maintain detailed documentation, learning materials, guides, and training modules that explain product functionality and use cases clearly and accessibly
✅ Run workshops and training sessions, both in-person and remote
✅ Track learning impact and iterate based on feedback and data
✅ Align with Sales Enablement to share relevant tools, resources, and strategy, particularly where product training efforts intersect
✅ Champion a learning culture within the CS team, with product expertise and confidence as a core pillar
What you’ll bring
✅ 3+ years in L&D, enablement, onboarding, or customer-facing roles (e.g. CS, support, implementation)
✅ Proven ability to create structured training programs and onboarding flows
✅ Strong written and verbal communication – you turn complexity into clarity
✅ Experience managing projects and collaborating cross-functionally
✅ A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to build, test, iterate
✅ Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French a plus)
✅ Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, AI tools, and learning management systems (LMS) is a big plus.
✅ Bonus: experience in a SaaS or logistics environment
