It is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, whilst increasing businesses profitability and sustainability. We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Qargo
✅ You'll be in close contact with our customers to understand their existing workflows and their needs and where Qargo can contribute and optimize.
✅ Guide our customers through the onboarding process and make sure that they experience a smooth implementation of our software.
✅ Be the first point of contact when our client needs support and you’ll check in with them regularly.
✅ Continually improve our solutions guide and knowledge base.
✅ Document all your findings in a detailed and structured way and communicate them with the other teams.
✅ Assist in the pre-sales phase by analyzing potential client’s needs and providing technical support to our business development team during demos.
✅ Work closely with the other departments at Qargo like engineering, sales and product.
✅ You’ll travel across the Netherlands on a regular basis to meet with clients on-site.
Your profile
✅ Fueled by your experience in the transport industry, ideally in an operational role (eg transport planner), you've developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its needs.
✅ You are a true self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t view any task too big or too small.
✅ You are able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences alike, you are humble when sharing ideas with everyone on the team.
✅ You are customer obsessed and you always strive for the best customer experience.
✅ You are proactive, well organized and punctual. Your flexibility fits great with our fast paced start-up mentality.
✅ You are fluent in Dutch and English.
✅ Ideally you are based centrally in The Netherlands.
✅ You are in possession of a valid driver's license.
