The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. We’re looking for an Integrations Onboarding Manager to join our team in Belgium. If you’re looking to work in an international company in a role that offers autonomy, ownership and impact, this is the role for you!
💼 About the Role
As an Integrations Onboarding Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, integration partners and our internal teams. You’ll ensure integration projects run smoothly, from discovery and configuration to go-live and beyond. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers on integration topics, while also supporting pre-sales conversations and shaping processes for long-term success.
This role combines project management, technical problem-solving and customer-facing expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Onboarding Managers, Professional Services and Integrations teams to deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all integration requests
- Collaborate with Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure smooth go-live
- Configure integrations and refine documentation and procedures to optimise onboarding
- Liaise with integration partners, gather technical documentation and prepare implementations with the Professional Services team
- Track and monitor integration project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders aligned
- Join pre-sales conversations to capture integration requirements ahead of customer sign-ups
- Maintain strong communication across Professional Services, Onboarding and Integrations teams
✅ Skills & Experience
- Based in Belgium, fluent in English, Dutch and French (all three are required)
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience in integrations, onboarding, or project management
- Solid understanding of the transportation industry and experience with software integrations (API/EDI)
- Affinity with accounting – you understand the basics and can link them to customer workflows
- Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Well-organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
