To help keep our knowledge base up to date and accurate as Qargo grows, we’re looking for a Customer Knowledge Officer to join our team in Belgium.
💼 About the Role
As Customer Knowledge Officer, you’ll create and maintain knowledge base articles that help customers understand new and existing product features.
Our Product and Engineering teams are rolling out new features faster than ever, and we want to make sure our customer-facing knowledge keeps pace. You’ll turn product information, technical details, and draft inputs into clear, practical content that customers can follow.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Enablement, exploring features in a test environment, checking details carefully, and making sure our written knowledge stays accurate, useful, and up to date.
This is a Belgium-based role within the Enablement team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date product Knowledge Base.
Create clear help articles, step-by-step guides and product documentation that simplify complex Qargo workflows.
Document new features and product changes, working closely with Product teams to understand how they impact our customers.
Continuously review existing content to ensure our product knowledge remains accurate and relevant as Qargo evolves.
Identify knowledge gaps based on customer questions, Support conversations and feedback from internal teams.
Help structure and organise our product knowledge so customers can easily find the right information.
Optimise knowledge content to support our AI-powered customer support tools and improve the quality of the answers they provide.
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support and Customer Enablement to capture and share product knowledge.
Continuously look for ways to turn complex product information into clear, useful content.
✅ Skills & Experience
We're open to a wide range of backgrounds. You might be a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of experience in communications, languages, marketing, customer support, technical writing, knowledge management, content creation, or a related field.
What matters most is you enjoy writing and can turn complex or technical information into clear, practical content.
You’re curious about software products and like figuring out how features work.
You’re detail-oriented and comfortable checking that information is accurate before publishing it.
You can collaborate well with different teams, especially Product, Engineering, Support, and Enablement.
You’re comfortable working in English. Any other language skills, such as French, Dutch, German, would be a plus and helpful for translations, but not required.
